Our firm advises on a variety of administrative, public, and regulatory law matters, from permits and government contracts to the submission of bids in public tenders.

Our professionals have participated in the structuring and financing of the first large-scale project under the new PPP to date, as well as in subsequent private initiatives and government contracts. Furthermore, they have participated together with the State in the development of regulations and recommendations for the public sector.

We assist the entire process from the submission of national and municipal permit applications for real estate and industrial developments to the request for environmental authorizations.

The services of this Department include advice on public tenders and preparation of bids; public-private projects; project financing under traditional concession schemes, as well as modern schemes such as PPP and CREMAF contracts. We have also carried out challenges to public regulations on client protection, as well as litigation in administrative courts.
