Attorney and Civil Law Notary graduated from Universidad de Montevideo. He has more than 15 years of experience providing legal advice to companies, assisting multinational companies and individual investors in transnational operations and investments in Uruguay. Former partner of an international firm present in more than 97 countries.

He holds a Master's degree in Business Law and a Postgraduate degree, both from Universidad de Montevideo. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Global Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

He has been recognized as a leading advisor by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

He is a member of the board of directors of the Uruguayan-Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
