Lawyer and Notary Public, graduated from the University of Montevideo. He has more than 15 years of experience providing legal advice to companies, assisting multinational companies and individual investors in transnational operations and investments in Uruguay. He was a partner of an international law firm with presence in more than 97 countries

He has a Master's Degree in Business Law and a Postgraduate Degree, both obtained at the University of Montevideo. He also has postgraduate studies in Global Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

He has been recognized as a leading advisor by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

He is a member of the board of directors of the Uruguay - Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
