Attorney, graduated from the University of the Republic. Specialized in advising local and international companies, from multiple industries, both in their daily activity and in matters related to the financial system and the capital market, advising institutions regulated by the Central Bank of Uruguay in terms of their daily operations and the central banking regulations. Has experience in mergers and acquisitions, negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, and incorporation of commercial companies.

Previously, has worked assisting private fiduciaries in their daily operations both as financial fiduciaries and investment fund administrators.

It has recently begun to specialize in both labor litigation, social security and administrative matters as well as in Fintech.

Has participate in several instances to learn as a B Collaborator advising companies in the development as a B Company and in ESG practices (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance).

Prior to her entry, she worked as an associate in one of the most prominent law firms in Uruguay, advising local and international companies on multiple legal aspects.
