Lawyer, graduated from Universidad de la República.

She has a postgraduate degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Montevideo and she is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law at the University of Montevideo.

She specializes in advising local and international companies in various sectors, both in their daily activities and in matters related to the financing and structuring of investment projects.

She has experience in advising institutions regulated by the Central Bank of Uruguay, incorporation of companies, mergers and acquisitions, negotiation and drafting of commercial, construction and financing contracts.

She has participated on several occasions to be trained as a B Collaborator advising companies in the development as a B Company and in ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) practices.

She is in charge of the firm's Corporate Department and a member of the Corporate Department.
