Pablo Varela is a lawyer specialized in international commercial and economic law, with an LL.M. from Georgetown University and a Master's Degree in Law Practice from the International University of La Rioja. With more than 10 years of experience, Pablo has advised on mergers and acquisitions, project finance and international arbitration. He has headed the legal department of a multinational financing company, worked at Pérez-Llorca and handled key transactions such as the financing of wind farms in Uruguay. He is also a professor of corporate law at the University of Montevideo and has studied blockchain and cryptocurrencies at the London School of Economics. Recognized in Legal 500's GC Powerlist.
