He completed his MBA at the Valencia CF Foundation. He has experience in the management of sports institutions, work teams, commercial management, and sponsorship management.

He has also participated and developed different sporting events such as Valencia CF Summer Campus; the BBVA Open Ciudad de Valencia tennis tournament, among others. Gustavo speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
